Hello, I'm Kay! I'm 20 and finally decided it was about time to build up some muscle and keep myself from slowly drifting into a heavy, unhealthy weight. I want to look into unconventional types of exercises to go along with weight training since boring exercises just don't keep me on track. In addition, I'm getting more and more tired of all the negativity around me. I don't want to sink into it, so this blog shall be for fitness, positivity, and confidence.
H: 167.64cm/5'6" CW: 145lb (a healthy, but high weight for my height) GW: Irrelevant to me. Toned is what I'm looking for, and I know muscle build up will keep me from any drastic scale changes. UG: When I get toned up with visible abs I'm going to get the tattoo I've been wanting!
